Are you integrating Ascend with your AMS system? If so, then you will need to map your wholesalers and carriers so that they get transferred over to Ascend when creating a billable.

1. Go to the Suppliers page

2. Click Add New in the top right corner

3. Select from an existing wholesaler/carrier or create a new one

4. Copy the Identifier and put that into your AMS for the wholesaler/carrier you would like to map it to.
