• The one-time code we generate to login is unique to each device and cannot be shared with anyone (e.g. if you go to dashboard.useascend.com and enter your work email, then you cannot copy and paste / send to anyone else. It will only work from your inbox). This link will also only work one time, so it cannot be reused. The same is true for insured's logging into the customer portal.
