The funding timeline for customer payments processed through Ascend depends primarily on the payment method they used to make the purchase:

Payment Methods

1. Credit Card - Credit card payments are processed almost instantly, with funds clearing to Ascend on the same day.

2. ACH (Automated Clearing House) - ACH transfers take 3-5 business days to fully process and clear to Ascend after initiating.

3. Wire - This payment method is hidden by default but can be enabled for your customers upon request. Wire payment timeline varies by bank and account holder. They can be as fast as the same day but may take up to a week to process.

After Ascend has received funds from the customer, Ascend will then transfer funds to relevant parties, the timing of which partially depends on the checkout method.
